We have been fortunate to have Froheil help our parents he is truly a beacon of light thru this murky difficult adjustment for my parents. He has really helped manage them thru many difficult twists and turns and senior helpers did a great job of encouraging us to pursue assistance from the VA which we did get so that also helped a great deal.
They were patient with us coming from 2 areas of the USA and very collaborative.

enjoy getting ride to drs but four hours a week does not hit on it ,especialy when goijg to va hospital

My Sr. Helper and I have set up a routine based on a list of household chores that I need help with: the laundry; making the bed; mopping and vacuuming; washing dishes; gardening, at times; decluttering; shopping; etc. Jodi knows what needs to be done and doesn't need to be directed as to what to do. We sometimes manage to even do something fun together. I also appreciate her friendliness and caring attitude,
How knowledgeable the leadership is - Laurie and Ray. The three helpers that have been assigned have been wonderful. I am new to the organization, but I could not be more pleased. Everyone is friendly, polite, attentive and prompt.
