We have always loved East Coast wings! The last few times we have eaten them, the bone in wings was so highly overcooked which made them tough! We ate there last Sunday evening with friends and my husband asked the waitress to please don’t overcook the wings. But they were still overcooked. We don’t ever complain about our food! Really hated to say anything negative! The waitress was sweet and very attentive! We’ll give it another try!

How online order patrons are greeted ... I felt 2nd class
The young ladies at the register who handle take out orders do not take the time to make sure they are giving the correct order to the customer. I have had thisbhaooen twice now after getting home and realizing I had someone eleae order. Different name and everything. I wish they'd take more pride in their work and take a moment to actually read the name before handing out the wrong food. 40 min round trip to go back and get the right food. Twice......so literally 1 hr 20 minutes to pick up an order for dinner.

East Coast Wings had the best wings we’ve had since moving to TN. We drive 20 minutes just about every week for our wing fix. We enjoy sitting at the bar if there is room, Randy is always very attentive all while handling the bar customers and their orders as well as everyone else that are placing drink orders.
Servers need to be trained better or have better supervision. Poor follow up during the meal. Servers can be heard in the kitchen just hanging out and joking instead of taking care of customers.

I ordered the chicken avocado flatbread and the crust was not well cooked. Did not taste well. I also ordered the pretzel pub bites and they were cooked so hard they were hard to bite into. Not a good meal at all!

Website is NOT user friendly, wait time was too long and the place was NOT crowded plus my buffalo dip had an odd taste that wasn’t pleasing… this was a reward item so I didn’t call back
My ordered was not only accurate it was hot and delicious. The service was great as well.
I was in the restaurant on Burlington NC on 7/21. We placed our order. Waited quite a while for the food. When the waitress brought the food out, she proceeded to tell me that they didn't have the entree that I had ordered. There's no excuse that they waited until the food was brought to the table to let me know that they didn't have the item that I ordered. Therefore, it was pointless for me to order anything because the rest of my party would have been done eating before. I'd even gotten my food considering how long it takes for them to fix the food
So I had to go without eating
