The food was excellent, as always, and the lady who gave me my order put napkins in the bag (this doesn’t always happen) and let me know that the bag was thin so to be careful, which I greatly appreciated.
The choices of wings!
The food was delicious.
Manager Lee takes care of us and makes sure we’re okay. As well as the rest of the restaurant, you can tell he cares about his customers and that really stands out to me. The food was great and service was great as well. I loved the country music being played on the restaurants radio.
Food was great and our server was wonderful (she always is).
The portion size of the boneless wings has been reduced by 50%. The are now smaller than chicken McNuggets. The meal was tasty, but no longer feels like I get a meal in the order and the cost/fullness ratio is very poor.
I returned to the Reynolda Road East Coast Wings for lunch today. The manager had contacted me personally because of my previous experience and how bad the food was that time. He was at the restaurant today and made sure our orders were fixed properly and was very gracious. Great customer service. It makes a difference when a restaurant recognizes that they have provided a less than positive dining experience and makes you feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

The wait for lunch specials on a non-busy time was ridiculous. We have a 30 minute lunch and by the time our food came out, we were 45 minutes into our 30 minute lunch. Lunch specials should be faster that's why people order them...price and time.
Food was hot and fresh
Take out order was wrong and I live in Rustburg so the trip back to Lynchburg was time and money.
Food is always fresh and hot when we receive it and the staff is always pleasant, friendly, and polite.
As always, I had friendly service, the wings and fries were hot, and the sauce was tasty.

East Coast Wings in Kernersville is the best place to eat wings. They have the best wait staff and the best food!

Great Service, good food, always on time for an online take out order, employees act like they want to be there, feel welcomed...........all of the time
The first server who came to our table was completely out of it! My wife ordered Dr Pepper and I ordered a small coors draft beer. The waitress brought what might have been a mello yellow and a bottle of coors beer. fortunately another server came and took over and did a fine job.

I asked for boneless wings not to be overcooked but they were still hard. Many times, they are cooked so hard they are difficult to chew.
Also my husband asked for medium chips but some of them were do soggy and floppy, he could not eat them.
We like the staff here. They are very nice but we were quiet disappointed with our food.
