How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Improve wait times and please adjust estimated times for to go orders. Ex. Order says it will be ready in 20 mins but once we arrive it can take an additional 30 mins. This has happened multiple times. Food is normally good, but one time the chicken was very dry and tough (on a salad).

Every time I go into this location, there is always great customer service. The lady’s is always smiling and the atmosphere is wonderful. This is my favorite location.
