Nelly is a awesome server and the food is always good.

More experienced and aware servers. Many times our table has had to wait an extended period of time before we could find/get our servers attention. They spend too much time socializing at the bar and they don’t pay attention to anything around them. No checking on tables for long periods of time.
I had a great experience and an exceptional waitress.

Our server/bartender Shawney is by far
The best at the Hickory NC location. Never have to wait for her to get our order. She is very customer oriented and always has a smile.
This location needs more like her. I only go there when she is working because I know the quality of service I will receive.
Told food would be ready at a certain time but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before food came out. Fries were soggy and luke warm by the time I got home. My drive home is less than 5 minutes
Food was really good and fresh. Good selection of beers on tap.

I didn’t like the flavor wings and asked if I could change them, was told by bartender the cook, not manager, just a cook said I’d have to buy another 15 wings and he wasn’t wanting to change them

It was the first time I have ever been there and I just got the carnival fries. And they put cinnamon on them but no powdered sugar so it felt like I wasted $8 for nothing because they didn't really have a taste. I was so disappointed cuz I was so excited about them
Wing flavors were fantastic!! We were seated quickly and our waitress was very accommodating and knowledgeable about prices and the flavor combinations. Our drinks were refilled quickly and paying was a breeze.

We go to East Coast Wings a couple of times a month and the food and service is always excellent!!
