Have a vegetarian option. At least a veggie burger. Every other place has something besides a salad. The fries and mac and cheese are good though.

I got the wrong wings :( My husband went and picked them up and I got regular BBQ instead of the Honey BBQ. Now we have to sit and check before we leave every time now.

We arrived Friday around 4:45 few customers were there. We were seated and order taken. Took longer than usual to get shrimp tacos and boneless wings. Waitress asked what side with tacos and mentioned waffles fries that’s what we ordered and thought they were regular potato but they were sweet potato, once we got meal told her didn’t want sweet potato and ordered regular fries. We were charged for the sweet potato. By the time we got meal my boneless wings were cold.waitress barely came to check on us. I feel like waitress was new.
Issues: service was not good. Food was cold. Charged for food we didn’t want. We used to frequent this location weekly but we keep experiencing bad service and cold food. It’s shame bc food is good when served hot.

You need to carry a traditional flavor for your buffalo wings!! All these sweet flavors are for the birds! You have the nerve to call them Americas best wings yet they aren’t. The ONLY reason we order at all is because they are cheap!! But remember, you get what you pay for.

I tried to call to place my order beforehand so that it would be ready for pick up when I arrived but no one answered the phone. Since I was nearby, I went inside to place the order. There wasn’t a crowd inside or in the parking area. To my surprise, there were only two employees working: someone handling kitchen duties and the other handling the other areas. The employee from the kitchen took my order so that he could go ahead and get the order going to save me from further delay. He also took another customer’s order who came in behind me with the same concerns. The two male employees worked diligently to complete our orders quickly. Their customer service was impeccable. I would have given a higher rating but the lack of staff was an issue.
