I have always LOVED the food from East Coast Wings!! I recommend ECW to a lot of people because of the variety as well as great service!
Wings had Great flavor but were tiny not even medium sized .
Our server, Mariam, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the items and very friendly. She made our 1st visit an enjoyable experience.
Waitress was real nice and the food was good and hot
Quality of food, reasonable prices, friendly service.
During our last visit the wait staff took extremely long to provide basic requests like straws and drink replacement. Straws were not provided until after the food was served and my husband’s sour tea was not replaced with his request soda until we were nearly done with our food.
Also the restroom were unsanitary.

This definitely is not a bad thing at all but the chicken tenders here just seem to be prepared differently than the Kannapolis location. They are usually less crispy and have less breading here, they still taste great though. I also love that the servers don’t act like it’s an inconvenience that we came. The kannapolis workers are rude.

Our wings were fixed to perfection🤌🏾. Nevaej always makes sure that they are if she is there. The wing special allows me not to have to cook on Mondays. It's been a tradition for countless years. I actually ate at ECW twice in one day. I had a lunch special with a close friend in Clemmons, NC to picking up a To-Go order for dinner in Mocksvilee, NC. I just wish that the prices would plateau off because I've been eating wings on Mondays since they were .25🤭😂. My now grown daughters envy the fact there isn't a ECW close to Ft. Mill, SC and Danville, VA.

Food was great. No one at hostess station counter to greet me and then waited several minutes for someone to arrive to take my to go order. There were only two tables with customers at them. Then when the person finally did take my order and I paid with cash, he asked me if I wanted my change.
I really don’t think he deserved a tip. Just saying. Also one of the windows was boarded up. Not a good look.
Food is always great but you could lay off the salt on the chips. The ones I got were so salty could not eat them
We got the appetizer, bottomless chips. The first batch we got was fine, but the second ones were burnt, when we asked to have another batch that were not so done they brought us a batch that I think they just dipped in the oil and brought them back out, they were barely cooked,and very greasy, no crisp whatsoever. A few the chicken wings.(fats) were kind of grizzly wasn't able to eat them.
Good and service are great-eat here whenever I can.
Very slow service. Servers don't seem happy. The hostest did not great and gave us a dirty look when we said we had 6 in our party then went back to looking at her phone. This is not a one time event. Every time we go its bad service. We can go to the location in Salisbury and its packed and even single person working is happy, the manager is walking around helping and we can get in and out of that one faster than we can the Albemarle location when employees are just standing around.

Find a way to set up a separate takeout counter that doesn’t interfere with people coming to dine in. It’s a bit crazy.
