We had to ask for napkins. I ordered bone-in wings and got boneless instead. There was hardly any sauce on them. They were not busy but it took a long time to get food. I am hoping for a better experience next time.

The employee took my order over the phone. I repeated my order twice. She repeated it back and when I came in last night to pick my order up it was completely wrong. I had. $6 dollar that expired yesterday and I was trying to use it. I order a grilled chicken ceaser salad, she rung me up for a small ceaser salad

Repair bathroom problems. I am a frequent customer at least twice a week, and I see people all the time request to move tables because of the smell coming from the restrooms. I also think the team has made great decision in the new manager Gage. He is doing an excellent job.

I placed an online order, picked up around 4:45 Monday. Had friends over to watch World Series & when it was time to eat discovered that I had 5 bone in wings that I did not order & 5 boneless that I ordered. 10 wings for 4 people is very embarrassing. When I called to let them know, the manager did call me back after finding the rest of my order still sitting there. What really makes me mad is that they sat there for at least 3 hours: you would think someone would have figured out that either someone didn’t pick up their order or something was wrong to sit there that long. The manager did refund my entire bill which I appreciate. All restaurants do carry out so I won’t be ordering from ECW again for a long long time. You have a lot of competition. I’m also checking my orders before leaving from now on so this is a good lesson for me. Sad you have to do that but it’s hard to get things right the first time. Just a bad bad mistake.
