The friendly service
Great wings, great variety of sauces and heat indexes, and awesome Monday wing special!
My box with chips was half full and the sauce with wings was all over my bag. The sauce was out when they hand me the bag. This has never happened before.
Service was very very slow. Waited way too long for food. Food was very good
We always enjoy our visits to ECW. The food is made to order and delicious. We haven’t had a bad meal there yet. The staff and manager at our location are amazing.

Food was actually ready on time. Usually when w place Togo orders and we show up we have to wait around another 30 mins before it’s complete

The food was delicious, but the waiter made us feel like he either didn't care for our skin color or he just didn't like us. Either way, I'm seriously thinking of not returning to your restaurant and telling all my friends to do the same. I can see if we have done something for him to treat us this way, but this was our first time visiting.

We have thoroughly enjoyed each meal we have eaten at this restaurant. We typically visit on Sunday after church and are able to get there before the crowd because our church service ends around 11:00-11:15. All of your staff is very kind and friendly! And your food is always fresh, warm and delicious! In my opinion the sign of a good restaurant is how their iced tea tastes. And your half sweet/half unsweet tea with a splash of lemon is the best! Thank you!!!

I love the amount of flavors to choose from. It's hard to decide at times. The salads and burgers are very good also.
