I have been to this restaurant at least 5 times and every time the customer service is superb, the owner has spoke to my table and other tables regularly, and the food is great. I would highly recommend this as a place to dine.
Food is always good, however this burger was a little rare, food state needs to be on the online ordering, i know i possibly could have made a note, but i dont seem to remember special instructions that should a obvious feature of online ordering

Never been to this location and don’t think I will again. It took over 40 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t crowded. I asked our waitress and she said it was coming then we didn’t see her for 20 minutes to tell us the food would be out shortly. We love ECW, but this location needs some work.
It was easy to place order online. Order was ready when I arrived. The food was great and prepared to my liking. Love the Monday wing special.

The respect of waitress greeting with a smile and she been patient. The host greeting with a smile and when I enter the restaurant and saying welcome to East Coast Wings.
The app did not perform in a great manner. I placed my order which advised me my order would be ready in 20 min. Upon pucking up my order it was not ready. After waiting an additional 20 min the kitched did not have my order available to make. Someone had to call someone outside of the store to refund my $ which was even more time wasted from my "30" min lunch that I went over and went hungry.
Still no salad. WCW only offers bad tasting weeds instead of iceberg or romaine.
I've always had delicious food here!
