The people are so friendly and the place is always clean
Great service and wings and blue cheese dressing.
The chicken in the chicken sandwich was a really thin and once you bite through the batter there was very little chicken. That's my only complaint. Everything else was really good and customer service was really thorough and friendly also!
The wings were cold and there were no utensils in the bag to eat my salad. Also there was no celery or carrot sticks.
We ordered 25 wings and chips with waters. The chips came out burnt, we did ask for them to be crispy but they were dark brown and disintegrated in our mouths with a horrible burnt taste. The wings were great size but the sauce was so full of oil that oil was the only taste they had. We tried bringing the wings home to salvage them but they made the family sick.
Enjoyed this visit at East Coast Wings with good food. The pickle chip appetizer and salad was delicious

Love the food. Keep giving more chances to get better. There have been food outages, late deliveries and messed up orders. Most recently the order was placed at 6:45 with a 7:15 estimated ready time. I showed up at 7:10 and left with my food at 7:50. Would have been no problem with a real estimated ready time. Standing in the foyer with many upset customers and delivery drivers that would likely lose their tip because of this. All of the employees knew there was a delay, just let people know. That is now 4 disappointing trips in a row. Have been mostly satisfied eating in, little easier when sitting and enjoying company. I observed many disappointed guest leaving because of the wait. Staff was very pleasant.

Love coming here. The lettuce wrap was a bit messy but oh so yummy and the blueberry margarita was so tasty.
Good pod service and food are always a staple of ECW Kingsport. Our only complaint is the draft and smoke from the patio. The draft is tolerable. Make the smokers go 25-50 feet away from the patio enclosure.
