Ordered from app. Picked up order had the drink wrong which was fixed at the time I picked up and when I got home no tots in my order. Ordered the 5 tenders platter which comes with fries or chips or tots. This is second time ordering from app where I was missing something.

The staff, the girl that graded us was very professional, very kind and well dressed and groomed, our waitress she was phenomenal, very friendly and done everything she could to make sure that we had a good evening meal. The guy that brought the food was very friendly and wanted to meet our needs. The food was phenomenal. It is so good love to eat there.
We have had a regular Monday Wings dinner for 8 years and we have always had a wonderful meal and terrific service!

The sauce from the chicken wings that have heat always seeps out of the box (always placed on top), and onto or into the other boxes. Most recently, the spicy sauce went into the box of the plain chicken wings, making some of them inedible for my kids- even after I wiped off the sauce. The boxes and bag are always a mess with the sauce spilling; anything to prevent that (maybe placing that box on the bottom or in a different bag?) would be appreciated. For the most part, the taste of the food is delicious and the expected pick up time is accurate.
More attention to detail. We've been in the restaurant at lunch and at dinner in the last two days. Service is just okay. We never had a problem, but it seems if the restaurant is not busy, the server should have full attention on their patrons versus their fellow co-workers. I know getting good help is at a premium these days, but general customer service should be the customer comes first versus your other co-workers. Each server should be attentive to all customers when walking through the dining room with a pitcher of water or tea. They should always have each other's backs. The customers are what is giving them a paycheck and the customers should always be first. Think about it, customers equal paychecks and good tips when they are treated the way paying customers should be treated. Servers helping servers equals great tips and happy employees.

EAST COAST has the most flavors for wings than any other restaurant I know of.

I only give it a 7. The prices have continued to rise over the years. It's a shame to think that my wife and I can't go and have a meal with waters and not stay under $30. Even worse with the kids. It's just unaffordable and you won't see us back there for a while. Prices have rose everywhere but wages have not. It will become unstable.

It’s been hit or miss lately. I always order the same thing: 15 wings Kamikaze Mild, all flats…the wings were soooo freaking hard and crunchy as if the were refried. I hate complaining because I come here so much but I’m gonna have to put yall on hold. I’m wasting my money. I will try again next year. Can they change my phone number in the system? Wings (boneless) are great! Never received coupon on my birthday however. :(
