Fantastic service and the food was excellent. Server is top-notch, knowledgeable, friendly and knows my drink ahead of time. This is the best East Coast Wings as far as the food prep and this particular wait staff.

I was able to walk in and pick up my order quickly, and the food was great.
Amanda in the bar is exceptional and the wing cooking process is far better than all other wing restaurants. Volcanic sauce is also the best hot sauce. Again, Amanda is a great waitress, while managing the bar area.

Tasty wings. You're going skimpy on the celery & carrots packages - celery/carrots are part of the experience - the tongue/flavor tease before the next wing.

Food is very good and service was very good as well.
My boneless wings were VERY small. They were about half the size they normally are. It seemed like each wing was cut in half horizontally as they were flat and thin. Also, my wings barely had any sauce on them. Several of the wings had large dry spots on them on the bottom with no sauce at all. There was not even any extra sauce on the paper on my plate for me to try to rub them in in an attempt to coat the wings more. I used a birthday reward so I did not ask them to remake the order.

Bartender could stay in the bar more instead of hiding in back from we are ready to pay
Took about 15 min longer than anticipated. I was told the hold up was waiting on our beer cheese. Then got home and ALL of our food was cold. And to top it all off all of our sauces were wrong and the beer cheese that we were waiting on wasn’t even in our bag. We used to come here very often because we always loved the food but the last few times have not been very good experiences.
