Good food, wonderful service, value for the money, what's not to love.
Excellent food and service
This is our go to wing place! Atmosphere, servers and food is top notch! We take all our visiting family here and dont forget to try the appetizers! Especially the pub bites and beer cheese!
I ordered 15 wings with 3 heat indexes. The first complaint is that out of 15 wings I only got 2 drumettes and the rest flats.

Volcanic, Spiked Bourbon Street™ - Sweet bourbon flavor with a hint of whiskey: the wings did not have any of the flavor sauce only the heat index
Insanity, Teri-Ginger - Teriyaki flavoring with hints of ginger and sesame: the wings did not have any of the flavor sauce only the heat index
East coast wings is my favorite wing place but this time was disappointing. I love that ECW allows you to choose flavor and then add heat. But in this case I believe that only the heat indexes was added and no flavoring.
Staff and food
Service was good, and fast. Usually when I order the burgers here, they are great, but this one was not very flavorful. The fries were awesome though, and great iced tea.

I feel bad saying this but the restaurant never seems to feel clean and the wait staff is always rushing around as if understaffed even when it is not busy. It makes for an environment not very relaxing.

Email (Halloween) promo said take out. Went to store to order take out. Then told (nowhere in email) only thru app. Stupid ! Rather than a personal relationship with a regular customer, forcing technology between us… had rewards app for years now and of the 100* times I have visited over the last few years never once asked for my rewards account (phone number) … prob ~$2000 sales … zero rewards???
If your policy is to put the app/account in front of your customers… be consistent by making your staff reward customer loyalty with it! The app:account is pretty useless last I looked… no ability to scan receipt for rewards (just marketing and a balance!
FIX. Never force technology between you and customer.. personal relationships build loyalty
