I like that Fox World is a large travel agency. I tend to think that translate into more options available to the consumer. On the other hand, it means agents are busy and have less time to spend responding to consumers. I understand that emails are more efficient and less time consuming but frustrating at times when a phone call would be preferred by the customer.

I received a request to divert my travel to another city and with it being less than 30 days away, I was concerned that I wouldn't find a reasonable flight and if I did I would be elbowing passengers to the right and left of me because I would likely be stuck in a middle seat. Jenna jumped right on my request, reached out to make sure she understood what I needed and then came back same day with options. She was phenomenal, so I applaud her service!
