relatively easy...only feedback I had is when chaning the date of my flight I had a hard time comparing costs would be nice to have that upfront or an easy way to go back and modify your choice....or even compare,,,,great otherwise people are friendly when I need to call in and website is great assuming you dont accidentally put in the wrong dates and have to rebook your flicghts LOL
