There was an issue with a work trip I had booked. I did not realize this had occurred until the day before. I called in a panic. The person who answered, I believe her name was Lisa, was wonderful. She graciously answered my questions and helped rectify the situation. She was able to book my flights, conform my car and hotel. The customer service was amazing. I was grateful she answered the phone!
We came to Kim with our problem. We had booked for Jamaica on our own through Apple Vacations, 3 weeks out when the storm hit we needed to change location for same dates, she kicked it in gear and sorted out all of our, (12 of us), problems with returned monies and location, and dates. She had it all wrapped-up in a day or two. KUDOS!!

Room service on was great every time and on time as well as customer service Jazzy was a big help at check in. Greentree Hotel is a older hotel but is suitable for business they also have a pool and spa if you lucky you might catch the spa available while staying with them oh yeah I can’t for get about the pool table as well.
