The relief of knowing I didn't have to search, compare, and navigate various websites and flight details made the trip that much more enjoyable. The stress of planning was taken off my plate.
Folks answered the phone promptly and we able to resolve my issue quickly.
The travel agent gave me 3 different options, made sure that I was happy with them and gave me the option to find a different flight that worked better (though I didn't need to do that as the three options provided were a variety of times), and they added on my TSA pre-check when I asked them to do so. All in all, excellent service. Thanks!
