The software is very easy to use and I was able to connect to someone right away to get my questions answered. In the past I have been able to talk to representatives on the phone and once I was able to get a flight when my original one was canceled. I was not in the country at the time. The person was so helpful. Fox world travel is great !
When I called I got to talk to Emily right away. She told me she would get back to me is a couple days with a proposal and she did. Emily has been very helpful and always gets back to us as soon as we call. We had a chance to go with a tour that was cheaper but wanted to stay with Emily.
