Mike Brown did a terrific job getting our group of 11 happily onto a Royal Caribbean cruise coming up May of 2026. He went the extra mile securing cabins, Mike also very prompt with communications whether it be via phone, texts, and emails. He thoroughly explained everything so we did not feel confused but rather understood exactly what we were getting value wise.
