We have our own corporate dedicated person who knows us and makes everything easy. I don't travel as much as many, so I appreciate the second set of eyes on my choices. Although it's easy enough to buy my tickets via the Delta app, I don't warrant any special level of support from Delta, but I know Fox Travel has my back if/when things go sideways and I need help with something.

I have worked with Alana for at least 30 years and she knows us. She is professional and understanding. She is quick to return our calls and has helped us get out of jambs during our trips that came up unexpectantly.
Alana ALWAYS helps us plan the "perfect" vacations at the time we choose and the best prices available. She has steered us away from pitfalls that we would have tripped up if we were left on our own.
Even though some of the groups have not publicized there total trips, Alana has been able to get us on their waiting lists and has/will give us our "dream" vacations.
I told my wife when I retired that these were going to be our "go years". Alana has enabled us to achieve many trips that have and are going to let us go!

Process was easy.
Amy was very thorough with planning our vacation. I talked with Amy on the phone and she listened to what we look for in a vacation. Everything is read to go and now she is watching for any changes. We had the same travel agent for many years and she retired, good for her, but we where having a problem finding someone new.
The whole experience with Amy has been comfortable and easy.
