I am especially grateful to Mary Jo Bell for her assistance in handling a mistaken hotel reservation. She took the time to email the hotel to request a modification of the reservation, and I believe this was vital in persuading the hotel to make an exception to its "no cancellation or changes" rule for this booking. The matter was a bit complicated due to ambiguous and conflicting instructions regarding the reservation terms, and Mary Jo devoted the time and took the steps necessary to ensure that I was able to make the change I needed to. This is high level service and professionalism!
