I appreciate having an agent readily available to answer my call-n wait time. The agent Dinika was very friendly and thorough in helping me find flight and hotel information and booked everything for me, including the pre-paid luggage fees. It was a long call, but Dinika made sure every aspect of my travel was arranged and booked, which I truly appreciated.
