The Fox representative was clear in communication and read my mind in terms of the options I was hoping for. I had multiple choices of flights and the reservations were made well in advance/on time. The website that you offer your services through is a bit challenging to navigate and doesn't offer the best results. I called a representative for those reasons, and Hannah May was able to assist me. She was fantastic, with a great demeanor and extremely helpful. Hannah accommodated my needs quickly and accurately by providing me with three different flight options based on the preferences I had given her. I had spent around a week looking for a flight on the website offered; when I booked with Hannah, she got my best result taken care of in a couple of hours. She was wonderful, and I hope other customers receive the same experience I had.
