Booking was easy. I did get an email after booking regarding having an unused ticket. It would be helpful in the future if the email referenced what airline the unused ticket is with or where a person could locate that information on a website.
The travel agent was so friendly & polite, and extremely patient with me as I had a TON of questions about the process.

They are professional, courteous, and reliable. They are experts about the region. When I went to Dubai, the Fox World Travel associate explained the difference between both airport options, which clarified information I'd previously read, allowing me to make an informed decision. The Fox World agent searches carefully and reviews your itinerary with such great detail that they reply with a myriad of acceptable options. I also like the speed with which they respond to you. When traveling to Kenya, Africa. I was in a time crunch to complete my arrangements. My Fox World travel associate took all my considerations in mind, gather information from the three people in my party-who each had slightly different versions of our stops, and replied with seven (7) possible options in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this agency!
