When ever there was a problem, some living person was available to help. I needed this service several times at airports, when flights got cancelled and I would have gotten stranded.

This is only with regards to my last experience on booking a hotel over the phone with an agent. He listened carefully to what I needed and worked promptly to reserve my room. It was much easier than booking a room myself through fox travel.
