I was traveling in Turin, Italy this week for a conference and was supposed to fly to Chicago by way of Rome. Two days before my return, my Turin to Rome flight was switched to Frankfurt without me being notified or the Rome to Chicago leg being switched to Frankfurt to Chicago. I called Fox Travel and the agent was able to get me onto a connecting Frankfurt to Chicago flight within about 30 minutes. Excellent service.

I LOVE my travel agent: Katie Buss! She is so kind and really takes time to explain everything and give us all the options to make the best decisions that fit our requests and our budget. Just booked Hawaii for our 50th Wedding Anniversary to Hawaii with our two adult children and spouses, that we are really looking forward to.
