Booking is simple. Seeing an issue now with National Car Rental. When we book one way, they're trying to charge our drivers a $400 fee to rent. We've had to rebook 2 different rental cars this week due to this.

Please make sure for air travel if the airline shown is a small regional airline it is clearly identified as such to travelers when they are making their travel arrangements. My most recent return trip was with one of these small regional airlines and it is a very non-traditional flying experience. I wasn't aware up front, and I had no idea where to go to try to board. The communication from the airline was less than up front as well as again I was unsure as to what was happening. I couldn't check-in the flight the day before. When I arrived at the airport the departure board simply had a telephone number for me to call, and the person simply said someone would come pick me up at a certain time and he asked me for my location in the airport. The pick-up driver was late and there was no communication that he was running late

It seems pretty easy to use, except to find Holiday Inn Express locations at a decent price. I like and have stayed with those over the years, but it seems like they are harder to find in the price range that we are allotted to spend.
