If there are any trip issues like flight changes or cancellations our advisors have been right there immediately working with the airlines, and us, to get us to our destination on time.

My initial flight was canceled due to a credit card issue, and she made several calls to get me rebooked on the exact same flight—with the same seats—at the original fare. That was tremendous help.
