The individual who helped me personally was extremely effective and made the task quite pleasant.
What was not so great is that I needed to make the call because I discovered that I did not have the reservation I initially made. There was no email to me indicating that my departmental credit card had been declined and my reservation canceled. I needed to call to learn that information. Good thing I looked for the reservation on the Delta app prior to my trip! What would have been good is an email right away indicating that the credit card had been denied and the reservation canceled.
