Ease of Use
Fox has been very helpful to my team as we schedule travel for conferences and bring job candidates to campus. I'm honestly especially grateful that I don't need to keep up with the usual airline- and weather-generated changes; for example, when the Air Canada strike recently jeopardized a graduate student's plans to present at a conference in Vancouver, I was able to direct him to Fox for assistance, and they were able to quickly reschedule him on another itinerary at equivalent cost...all without my having to be involved. That is a huge time saver (and headache avoider).
