Its amazing to be able to get help from a person on the phone! So much faster and more thorough than searching through a website FAQ or AI assistant, particularly when I'm mid-itinerary and have a delay or cancellation. 100% of my interactions over the phone with travel assistants have been excellent.
The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and competent.
However, I am annoyed that I cannot access Concur online. Whenever I click the link to for Concur, I am automatically taken to the home page of the Universities of Wisconsin

This was our first time working with Fox World Travel to plan a trip. I know many people feel the internet makes it simple to do it on your own ... you don't need a travel agent. Boy did this prove that wrong! We worked with Brianna to book our first time in Jamaica. The initial booking was simple and went very smooth. Later I saw the price had dropped so she worked with Apple to get us a price adjustment to reflect the new price. At that point she also found that something we originally paid extra for was redundant and not what we thought it was, so she got the refund on that as well. The result ... almost a $1000 savings! Then ... Hurricane Melissa. Being able to work with Brianna to switch our trip to another location was simple. I saw plenty of articles about others who booked "on their own" and were spending hours and hours on the phone trying to get things changed. Brianna took all the stress off of us. Now we can look forward to our trip again. Fox World and Brianna will definitely hear from us next year when we are ready to book our next trip!!

I’ve always had excellent service with Fox. I’ll never forget how kind and helpful your staff was when I was in Mexico when COVID caused a shut down in the United States. Every time I tried to confirm my flight the United app and website crashed. I called the help line and the staff was very comforting and made sure everything was as it should be.
