While creating a reservation at the Element in Fargo, I clicked on the Element Bubble and was reviewing and selected my room. When the reservation was complete the room was in the Courtyard Marriot in Minnesota. Bewildered I was able to cancel the reservation and started a new reservation for the Element.

The team members i connect with during travel emergencies are EXCELLENT! I have needed to change flights on my last two trips. Both changes were made while i was at the airport or on my way to the airport. Fox Travel team members were very responsive to what i needed to do and quick to make the adjustments.
