When things don't go as planned, this team has always been able to provide a suitable alternative. Example, my connecting flight from Chicago to Madison was cancelled and there were no available flights until the following day. The agent was able to find me a rental car so I could still get home that evening.

I do not like booking online and always prefer to speak to a person to make sure all the correct cost centers are charged, etc. as well as if you are booking for a non-employed guest to ensure payment is correct. The representative I had was wonderful, friendly and knew her job - that is not always the case in the past. I made a point to let her know I appreciated her for her services.
