Everything is great from your end. The only problem - and I'm not sure if everybody at the university has to do this even for their own travels, or only some departments - is that it takes days from our end to get a travel code, which we never had to do before, and which has to go through our accountant in consultation with Fox Travel. This can make us lose days and good prices. This requirement should be eliminated.
