How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We've been disappointed our child's progress and the ability of the center to assess and provide information about where our child is grade-wise. Certain promises were made about improvement, we all did what was requested, and it has been very difficult to get a sene of how our child's needs are actually being addressed. Very little effort appears to have been made to communicate with the school, as well. For the price, it appears that an individula tutor would make a lot more sense. Staff appears to be concerned and interested but follow through and actual learning seems extremely limited.

What do you like about our services?

I believe that the director of the center, Ms. Levey. is largely responsible for the program's successful operations. She provides personal attention and continues to strive for excellence, not only in her services to the students/parents, but to her staff as well.

What do you like about our services?

It's always about the people for me. If you have the right staff, then your experience will be great. I love the staff at the West Portal San francisco office. They are knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented for the parents. They have great tutors for the kids. My son loves his tutor.

What do you like about our services?

The one on one interactions between the teacher & student. The fill the gap approach to make sure she is spending time on what she needs to learn. The way the staff knows both our daughter and us on a personal level.
