Logan was extremely helpful in helping us make a smooth transition from one home to another. He made everything very easy and had someone at our new home right away. Sean was our previous exterminator at our prior house, and he was always responsive and friendly and just a great guy altogether. I was a little concerned that I would have a different guy coming to our new home, but Hunter Bianchi came to do the exterminating at our new home, and he was just as wonderful as Sean has been. Hunter immediately addressed our ant problems and did a thorough inspection of the home to see where we might encounter issues. He also informed us of the mosquito treatment plans available since we live on a lake and mosquitos are a problem in this area. Hunter is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and ability. I have been using Hughes for the last 6 years and they have always provided us with great service and willingly at no cost came back to the house if we had any pest issues return. Unfortunately, in Florida we are plagued will all manner of pests and having a good exterminator company is an essential to a homeowner. I think Hughes is one of the best.

Chad was amazing- very knowledgeable (re: insect types, insect habits and what it takes to exterminate them), honest and customer focused. He also understood our short-term renter availability and worked in an appointment in our rental gaps. We ended up signing up for both a carpenter bee package and a crawling insect recurring treatment package.... will likely sign up for a termite bond as well.
