How personable and family oriented all of our exterminators have been over the years plus how thorough. And if we have had any issues someone comes out to resolve them. But the fact those times are few and far between shows the quality of work.
I appreciate the ease of doing business with this company. I appreciate that I have the same technician for each visit. I feel the price is fair. I appreciate that Jourdan always lets me know when she can be expected which allows me time to either adjust my schedule or ask her to accommodate any changes.
