Since I’ve started with Hughes 3 years ago, I’ve never had any insect or termite issues. But that’s expected. Where Hughes goes above and beyond is their staff. Jim, who comes to my home for insect treatment, is very personable and always asks if there have been any specific insect problems to address, which I never do. He even unfurled my flag for me! I also like the young woman (forgot her name) who does my termite monitoring. She is very friendly and professional. I’ve been so impressed with Hughes services and their people, that I see no reason to look at other exterminator companies.

I’m so glad I called Arrow. I wish I had called sooner. James said insect activity might increase after his treatment, but I haven’t seen a single one. I am so thankful. Don’t hesitate to call Arrow. They also checked all around the outside of the house and found no problems. Another encouragement.
The service technicians are polite and considerate of their customers issues and schedules. They seem to be well trained on what their job entails and recommended solutions to problems. Personally, my technician found and reported a water leak in my basement which if allowed to leak would have caused extensive damage.
Always on time, quick to respond to a request and very professional.
