The carpet looks very much like it did when we had it installed 1 year ago. It is fluffy again and with the added protective spray should look good for another year.

I like how clean the carpet was after they cleaned. The dry time was shorter than when I clean it myself.
YOur staff in Spokane have got to be the easiest people, on the phone or inperson. Tech's are friendly efficient and personable. They back up there guarantee 100% with no questions, they arrive at there scheduled window time and you get a call when there on there way, and best of all my carpet looks like the day I put it in 20+ years ago. I am pretty picky but Zerorez I will use again with out question.
Our carpets had been cleaned with a personal carpet cleaning machine, but it left a soapy residue and lines on the carpets. Even vacuuming couldn't get rid of the lines! So I called Zerorez. Zerorez got them right out and the carpets are so much cleaner now. And Steve was incredibly hard-working! It was refreshing to see someone take so much pride in his job. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again.

prompt, courteous, product for animal issues is fabulous, carpet is not crusty or sticky feeling after cleaning, no unpleasant smell from product. Prices are fair plus really like that you stand behind your product; if there is a problem you come back and do it again without extra charges or arguments.
