Job was well done and very professional.

We have two large dogs that are not allowed in most of the rooms, but even the office that they lay in frequently was remarkably clean. Also, the traffic lane from the garage to the stairs from the basement also looks great. We were pleased with how fast the carpets were dry and we were able to put the rooms back in order. We also had the protectant sprayed on the high traffic areas, so they will stay cleaner longer.

Your Technician, Shane was just great and our House, I am sure, was not the easiest project to clean. He was also very efficient with the testing of the Fabrics to have some chairs cleaned and recommended we have one Chair 'dry cleaned' along with some outdoor curtains/drapes on our lanai.

I loved how I received a phone call letting me know they would be at my house within 15 minutes and how easy Nick was to talk to and took care of exactly what I needed. My carpets look amazing compared to before. I wouldn't go to any other company but Zerorez again!!

I wasnt here but my husband said he liked the rake that pulled the animal hair out of the rug, we have a rainbow vacuum and it pulls a lot out so to see how much was still in the carpet. Wow
