I really loved that after we did the walk thru of what areas needed cleaning, the guy was upfront about what it would take to get the stains and order out and then gave me two different options, as far as price and treatment. I felt like I was heard and what I wanted got done! You didn't try to over sell me something I didn't need, and I am very happy with the results!

The tech was extremely nice and worked so hard to get our very filthy couch and chaise lounge clean. He gave me a realistic outcome prior to starting and then surpassed them. The cleaner used left my home smelling clean and refreshed.

It smells so good! The carpet is not wet when the cleaning is done and I don't have to worry about me or my dog stepping on a chemical-laden toxic soggy mess! The technician you sent was such a clean-cut courteous young man. I had absolutely no qualms about having him in my home.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. It took some doing to get ready for the service, but then at 73 everything takes some doing. I would be nice if you could offer help in moving some of the things I had trouble with at a price that was reasonable.
