The young man who did our rugs (every carpeted room in the house)did an outstanding job. He explained what he could do to help remove dirt from traffic areas and was honest about what was really too old/worn to be completely "renewed". He was also careful to wipe up any water that got on our hardwoods. Zerorez had been recommended to us by friends and we were very pleased with the results.

You have given us a very clean carpet, and have bought us time until the relacement is absolutely necessary. We were shopping for new carpet, and when we found out how much it will be to replace, we tried Zerorez with the hope of getting a little more time out the existing carpet. Very professional technician, and his job came our so nicely.

Zerorez is always very cautious about protecting word worn and corners in our home and leaving our home better than it was when they got there. They give the homeowner the options for the level of care they want for their carpet but don't don't push it.

Products and services seem fine but I have been calling for three days now about a problem with the patio door that you replaced the glass in last week. I am not blaming the problem on your people. It is a 15 year old door and things happen. I just want a return call so we can schedule a fix.
