The scheduler and the technician were very friendly and obviously trying to give me excellent customer service. I watched the process of cleaning the carpets and it is more thorough than other companies. You got out an unsightly stain and we were very happy.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning, however, the hose developed a leak and Nick was unable to clean the stairs and had to come back a different day. He came back a few days later to complete the stairs at no cost which was appreciated. Later in the day when I needed to go down the stairs I noticed deep scratches on the side walls of almost every step. This could only be caused by sharp edges of the cleaning tool. I am certain Nick was not aware this was happening or he would have stopped and said something to me about it. While I can understand occasional malfunction of equipment I feel your equipment should be inspected before each job to prevent further incidents. I do expect to be reimbursed for the cost of repairing the stairstep walls. I am still in the process of unpacking from my move and have not had time to address this issue with a painter. As you know, I have emailed photos to your office.

I appreciated the phone calls and updates letting me know when to expect the technician. I thought my technician was very thorough and seemed like he enjoyed what he did.

The guys were very friendly and nice. The products they use are good. It smelled clean too. They only thing is there is still one small stain left. Not Ute if they missed it. But maybe it wouldn't come out.

They clean well and are green products. James was very helpful in giving us ideas for the future.
