Mike is a very good service rep for your company and works very hard. I agree that the traffic paths are very hard to clean when the fabric are very worn and damage. It took the second cleaning to make the traffic path cleaner although still visible. I would recommend Zerorez but not light carpet.

The tech was respectful, knowledgeable and beyond fair. He was very honest and helpful! Besides having a fantastic representative of the company, our carpets are cleaner than we dreamed possible; all traces of pet accidents are simply a nightmare of the past! I always heard positive things about zerorez, yet my expectations were still blown away. I cannot give zerorez enough praise!
