patrick was awesome. Came at the end of his busy day (6 pm)and was willing to do extra rooms for me last minute. Wow! What great customer service. He was very nice too in helping me figure out how to get the smells out of my house (another carpet cleaning company just cleaned the whole house and it smelled detergenty). Patrick gave me honest input about his recommendations because we have our house up for sale. The whole time he spoke to me it was with a smiling face. The smell got out and ill never go to another carpet cleaner again! Sold Patrick!

My carpet is fresher and softer besides cleaner. I received friendly and courteous service from my representative, Nick was very prompt and thorough. I was so impressed with Nick that I asked if there was enough time to clean our sofa and recliner. My living room, stairs, and hallway now are clean and fresh smelling.
