The job was done very professionally and more quickly than I had thought it would take. I was pleased with the end result. If I had one adverse comment to make, it would be that the carpet was wetter than expected and took a bit longer to dry. But since we have a Thermax vacuum which does a great job extracting water, we may have expectations too high.

I like the coutesy of all the employees that I've had dealings with. The techs are on time, courtesy, and friendly.

That you don't use soap. Our last tech gave up some great helpful hints to prolong the life of our carpet. He was very professional and pleasant.
