It gets fairly clean; I do have a few spots, like by the bed that are not really clean!. There is no residue and it dries as quickly as any other service.

I liked the nice fragrance you put down first to help lift up the dirt etc. as that was all over the carpet not just in the bad areas. The equipment was really heavy in the suction part to get down under as you could see some of the carpet lift up as he was pulling towards him that was really good. The young man was very kind and explained when I asked questions. I am pleased as this carpet was dirty and it looks so much better. Yes I would recommend as I did already and I would call you again. Tech wears shoe covers and is very professional. I did notice a few spots on my sofa cushion that didn't come out. And one of the chair zest cushions has spots as well. Just noticed today as I was vacuuming.
