Todd was friendly and knowledgeable about the process and products.
this was the third time Zerorez has come to clean our carpets. We had a nasty spill
Very timely
My carpets always look good after the cleaning.
Efficient, friendly scheduler, and a very nice, helpful young man who cleaned the carpets and took scatter rugs to Karishians to be cleaned. Cleaning my 20 year old "white" (?) carpets is no easy task but he did the best he could and they turned out just fine.
Courteous, professional, on time, verbal communication on the project. Really care about the outcome of the cleaning.

Great job by Will Casey!
Not only does zerorez do a fantastic job, but i appreciate their respect for my home. They are always very careful to not scratch corners with their hoses and they always clean up after they are done, including mopping the hardwood floor. They are thorough in their cleaning and the technicians are always friendly and professional.
It was quick and the staff is very pleasant to talk to. My carpets look great.
It seems the way you clean is much better than the other cleaning. I have used you for several years and have been very happy. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
Staff is nice!
