What do you like about our products and services?

Great job & greater service. Caleb is an emissary of good will & good service. He explains the way your system & chemistries work in language that most people can understand. I commend the quality of the services overall.

I do wonder a bit if Caleb might have drug his feet a bit at the end of the job. I suspect it took just long enough to get the fresh baked banana bread out of the oven. However, it was a very pleasant & enjoyed finish to a job well done. Thanks

I love that Zero Rez uses non-toxic products that are free of harsh chemicals. This is really important to our family since we have a toddler that is always crawling and playing on the carpets.

The orange scented pre-treater smells wonderful. The young man who did the work was knowledgeable and professional, and very clearly wanted to do a great job, which he did!
