Our neighbor was having your services and we asked him about the company and he recommended you highly as he has used you in the past, he mentioned it to Kaileb who was cleaning his carpet at the time that we were interested in getting ours cleaned, inside of 15 minutes Kaileb knocked on the door and looked at what we wanted and called in to okay it to do it within the next hour.
He was very professional and knowledgeable about the service and presented it well. We had a clean carpet both upstairs and downstairs before noon.

The followup technician who came out for a correction cleaning was very knowledgeable and concerned to make things right. The carpet he re-cleaned was noticeably 2 shades lighter than what the original job left. I understand mistakes happen and Zerorez went the extra mile to make it right. I hope they will share this as a learning experience with the original tech Cleaning carpets is a hard physical job.

I knew my air ducts were dirty and wanted to get them cleaned. I heard a commercial on the radio for Zerorez and thought I would give them a try. I made the appointment over the phone and was notified a few days before via email of my upcoming appointment. I also received a phone call letting me know when to expect the technician. I was kept informed during the day of unexpected delays. Corey arrived at 4:00pm and was very professional. He talked to us about adding a furnance cleaning to the order. I had not thought of it before and readily agreed. Even though the job started later than expected, Corey did not rush through the process ensuring that the ducts were thoroughly cleaned. We were very happy with the service we received and thought the price was competitive. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends and will use them again.

we had a worn spot and it took a second scrub but they came and took care of it .
a very friendly place to do business. They do not make the rug so wet and so it drys fast.
