Client Testimonials

Carpet looks great, it was pretty bad and looks super clean now smells better too!!

The end result looks, feels and smells much better than prior to your cleaning services. The process looks very thorough and the technicians are courteous & professional.

Everything was as expected! Accommodated appointment changes and did great work.

I have severe lung problems (on oxygen 24x7) and am very sensitive to fragrances. Your products are fragrance-free.

Your employees are top-notch. They were patient with me as I went over every thing, taking time to explain how your machine works and why I shouldn't become alarmed when stains rose to the surface.

I am on a very limited income and, with your special, I was able to get everything done inside my budget.

I sincerely hope you have this special more than once a year as I intend to have my rugs done regularly.

Thank you again.

The personalization of the experience...the service rep that came yesterday, Jake K. was outstanding!

My mother is a clean freak, so I got her a professional carpet cleaning as a birthday gift and she's thrilled! She says the carpet is squeaky clean and the house smells great. The price is very reasonable and the cleaners were prompt and efficient. Thank you for taking good care of my mother's home!

The guy that cleaned our carpets was great. He was very professional. Best one we have had so far. Was really impressed.

Great service

So clean

You did a beautiful job cleaning my carpets. The staff were great and informative. The carpet cleaner was prompt and so respectful. He did a great job and was very detailed in cleaning, making sure it was all to my satisfaction. I completely recommend Zerorez! Thank you so much!

Knowledgeable workmen, performed as advertised, appreciated corner guards, booties, foam blocks. Excellent job

Technicians are polite and knowledgeable.

did a good job !!

Fast service, looks good!

Tech was very professional and friendly. Took time to explain everything. I had carpet cleaning, upholstery and an area rug that had to be taken to be cleaned. He did a great job.

What I liked most was the technician tried really hard to get the stains out and was successful. And these were tough stains.

We used a another carpet cleaner a few months ago and they told us that the stains in the carpet was due to wear. We didn't really buy their explanation but thought if you couldn't remove them, we would have to buy a new carpet. Without adding anything special to the spots, they came clear. Thank you for a superb service.

I like the online scheduling and the follow-up that is conducted by Zerorez. I felt that my service tech (Austin) was respectful of my house and my carpet that was pretty nasty prior to him coming. The floors turned out wonderfully and looked revitalized.

Jordan did an excellent job, carpets look great.

My carpet feels really clean & soft under bare feet! Professional & friendly service tech. Several reminders for appointment time & tech arrived on time with update call 20 minutes before arrival. Very pleased with Zerorez & recommend them to neighbors.

My carpets look amazing! They are 10 to 11 years old, but after Guy from Zerorez finished they are look almost new. Thanks Guy!

I like having my carpets clean. I like having the stairway cleaned. I think the Zero-Rez part means that your products don't leave a residue. If that is correct I like that too.

Fast, efficient and very clean!!

Excellent service, our technician was friendly and professional. He seems to be a very hard worker- love seeing that work ethic!
