Zerorez came and stayed even though he had packed up his van due to a power outage and he was just about to leave when the power came on. He unpacked and finished the job. I was so thankful as I had taken the day off work and did not want to have to reschedule

The service person was very educated in what he was doing and answered all my questions. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and enjoyed what he was doing.

It was a pleasure to have him in my home and he did a fantastic joy on my carpets!

What do you like about our products and services?

We liked the young man James who did the work. He was so respectful and professional. And the end result was great. It was dry in 6 hrs and looks fantastic.

Everyone was very professional and kind. They were very accommodating to our needs with regards to picking up the key and entering when we weren't here. The end result was great. The carpets look so much better. We will use you in the future.

Technician Brett was very through in his explanation of what he could do for our carpets and he worked very hard to get them clean.

The Technician was very knowledgable and helpful during his visit. He also provided excellent service! I give him a 10!

The reason why I did not choose 10 for recommending Zerorez is because some stains did not come out of the carpet as I had expected and hoped.
