Your techs are professional and do a great job. They are friendly and answer all my questions fully. I wish I lived closer to your office so they didn't have such a long drive to my house. I highly recommend your services. My carpet looks great!!

carpets look great.

I was disappointed to find when I arrived home they had knocked some of my plants off the front steps.

Having seconds thoughts spending all the money on urine removal. I probably have gotten new carpet for the price I paid.

What do you like about our products and services?

The tech shows up on time. Always polite, professional, works hard, careful with my furniture.
Spots are removed.
Carpet looks great when he's done.
He told me how best to set my furnace and to keep air circulating for fastest drying time. It took over 24 hours to dry in the fall as the outside air is damp and cold.
Also advised me to not vacuum for 3 days so stain repellent is most effective.
Very clean and fresh smelling carpet but not perfumey. I will use Zerorez again. Thank you.

Liked Duncan the person who cleaned the carpets. Very helpful and knew just what was needed to take the stains out of the carpet. He was very careful and knowledgeable. Have had Zerorez do our carpets before and have always been satisfied.
